Shipping terms are confirmed per order because destination, weight, battery content and delivery method vary by project.
Custom manufacturing
Freight method, delivery estimate and shipping charges are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Transit times begin after production and QC are complete.
Standard-supply orders
When online checkout is enabled, eligible shipping methods and charges will be shown before payment. Until then, shipping is confirmed during the availability request.
Import duties
Unless a quotation states otherwise, buyers are responsible for destination-country duties, taxes and customs requirements.
