Manufacturing workmanship

Reported defects are evaluated against the approved sample, technical specification and agreed quality standard. Remedies may include replacement, repair, credit or another solution agreed for the specific order.

Excluded issues

Warranty does not cover customer-supplied software defects, incompatible project files, unauthorized modification, misuse, normal cosmetic wear or damage after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
